Youth Voices, Global Frames
Film is where sound meets image. The "voice" of today's youth—shaped by real experiences and genuine feelings—marks the beginning of their stories. And through the "lens" of micro-cinema, their most fervent moments are frozen in time. With this vision, we bridge young voices with Asia-Pacific and global perspectives, so that their stories may journey from this very place and shine on the world stage.

Leveraging JCI's extensive international network, the festival aims to promote exchange and cooperation between the Asia-Pacific region and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. It invites overseas young filmmakers to produce micro movies and visit Hong Kong for cultural exchange. Their works will be screened in Hong Kong, showcasing the positive power of youth creative storytelling and fostering cross-cultural understanding and exchange among young people across the region.
